Woodland isn’t on The Epicurean Trader’s shelf yet in any of its 6 stores. The opening: 1 category where the shelf is already deep and the brand runs strong elsewhere.
Lead with Honey Orange Blossom in Honey.
The Epicurean Trader stocks honey thinly, so a differentiated snack stands out instead of becoming the Nth option on a crowded shelf. It already earns space at 3 other Bay Area grocers.
The more differentiated opening is honey: The Epicurean Trader stocks only 5 there, so Woodland Honey Orange Blossom stands out rather than blending in.
