Latteria Soresina at Woodlands
Woodlands is a specialty independent running 3 Bay Area stores, small-format at about 2,336 sq ft each, indexing high on clean-organic versus other Bay Area grocers.
Latteria Soresina isn’t on Woodlands’ shelf yet in any of its 3 stores. The opening: 1 category where the shelf is already deep and the brand runs strong elsewhere.
Lead with Burro Premium Italian Butter in Salted Butter.
Woodlands stocks salted butter thinly, so a differentiated snack stands out instead of becoming the Nth option on a crowded shelf. It already earns space at 3 other Bay Area grocers.
The more differentiated opening is salted butter: Woodlands stocks only 11 there, so Latteria Soresina Burro Premium Italian Butter stands out rather than blending in.
