Savanna Orchards at Woodlands
Woodlands is a specialty independent running 3 Bay Area stores, small-format at about 2,336 sq ft each, indexing high on clean-organic versus other Bay Area grocers.
Savanna Orchards isn’t on Woodlands’ shelf yet in any of its 3 stores. The opening: 1 category where the shelf is already deep and the brand runs strong elsewhere.
Lead with Savana Orchards Country Club Mix, 36 oz in Mixed Nuts.
Woodlands stocks mixed nuts thinly, so a differentiated snack stands out instead of becoming the Nth option on a crowded shelf. It already earns space at 1 other Bay Area grocer.
The more differentiated opening is mixed nuts: Woodlands stocks only 8 there, so Savana Orchards Country Club Mix, 36 oz stands out rather than blending in.
