Hidden Springs Maple at Woodlands
Woodlands is a specialty independent running 3 Bay Area stores, small-format at about 2,336 sq ft each, indexing high on clean-organic versus other Bay Area grocers.
Hidden Springs Maple isn’t on Woodlands’ shelf yet in any of its 3 stores. The opening: 1 category where the shelf is already deep and the brand runs strong elsewhere.
Lead with Maple Syrup in Maple Syrup.

The more differentiated opening is maple syrup: Woodlands stocks only 3 there, so Hidden Springs Maple Maple Syrup stands out rather than blending in.
